| TARIFFE: Comprendono Assicurazione R.C.A., Furto, Incendio e Carta Verde, Chilometraggio illimitato. PRENOTAZIONI: E’ richiesto un anticipo del 40% sul costo totale di noleggio. Il saldo dovrà essere effettuato alla data prevista dalla scheda di prenotazione, pena l’annullamento della stessa e perdita dell’anticipo. DEPOSITO CAUZIONALE: Il deposito cauzionale di Euro 1.500,00 (millecinquecento/00) versato al ritiro del mezzo, verrà trattenuto dall’ Autocaravan Rent S.r.l., e reso, (salvo danni derivati dal cattivo uso del mezzo), entro i tre giorni successivi alla riconsegna del Camper. ASSICURAZIONI: R.C.A.: Assicura i danni provocati a terzi con massimale unico di Euro 1.550.000,00. In caso di incidente con conseguenti danni causati ad altri, il cliente pagherà una franchigia di Euro 500,00 (cinquecento). Collisioni, ribaltamento, danni alla mansarda, rottura dei vetri, raschi ed altri danni esterni e interni sono a carico del cliente, in caso di mancata copertura CASCO. FURTO E INCENDIO: Assicura la perdita totale o parziale dell’ automezzo in seguito a furto, rapina o incendio qualora il possessore del veicolo abbia usato le cautele per evitare il fatto. PATENTE DI GUIDA: E’ sufficiente la patente B o internazionale, rilasciata da almeno un anno, età minima del conducente: 21 anni. RITIRO E CONSEGNA AUTOMEZZI: Si effettuano presso le nostre sedi; Eventuali ritardi al rientro devono essere telegraficamente e tempestivamente comunicati e concordati, con l’Autocaravan Rent per non incorrere nelle penali previste; Tariffa da e per Porti e Aeroporti Euro 80,00 (ottanta/00). TASSA DI PULIZIA: Applicabile nel caso di rientro dell’automezzo con i serbatoi di raccolta (wc e acque grigie) non vuotati Euro 50,00 (cinquanta/00). Non sono ammessi Animali all’interno del Camper, (Penale Euro 150,00). GUASTI MECCANICI: Previo avviso di sede, il cliente provvederà direttamente al pagamento di eventuali riparazioni, e sarà rimborsato al rientro dietro presentazione di fattura intestata ad Autocaravan Rent S.r.l.; Sono esclusi dal rimborso danni ai pneumatici (forature, scoppi etc.). POSTEGGIO: La società mette a disposizione del cliente un posto auto nei propri piazzali di rimessaggio, come servizio di cortesia, gratuitamente fino al rientro dell'Autocaravan. MULTE: Il cliente si obbliga al pagamento di eventuali multe, emesse durante il periodo di noleggio dell’autocaravan, escludendo quindi l’Autocaravan Rent da pagamento delle stesse. |
THE RATES INCLUDES: Assicurazione R.C.A., theft and fire insurance, Carta Verde, unlimited mileage. ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIREMENT: an advance of 40% on the total cost of rental is required. The remaining 60% is to be paid by the date on the booking card. If the full amount is not paid the reservation will be then cancelled and the advance will be lost. SECURITY DEPOSIT (BOND): on pick up of the vehicle a Security Deposit €1.500,00 (thousand five hundred/00) is to be paid to Autocaravan Rent S.r.l. The deposit is fully refundable, (unless there are damages due to the improper use of the vehicle), and will be returned within three days of the return of the motor caravan. INSURANCES: R.C.A. (a third party insurance): it covers any damages to a third party with a maximum coverage of €1.550.000,00. In the event of accident, with consequent damage and injury to a third party, the customer will pay an excess clause of €500,00 (five hundred/00). Collisions, overturning of the vehicle, damage to the upper part of the vehicle, breaking of glass, scraping and other outside and inside damages are at the expense of the renter. FIRE AND THEFT: Covers the total or partial loss of the motor vehicle in case of theft, robbery, or fire if the renter of the vehicle has used all the precautions to avoid the event. DRIVING LICENCE: The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a Patente B or international driving licence for at least one year before renting the motor caravan. VEHICLE COLLECTION & RETURN: Collection and Return is carried out in our depots. In order to not incur penalties, vehicle return has to be prompt and in accordance with the time previously agreed with Autocaravan Rent S.r.l. Tariffs to and from ports and airports €80,00 (eighty/00). CLEANING SURCHARGE: Cleaning surcharge will be applied if the vehicle is returned without the water collection tanks being drained off. The surcharge will be €50,00 (Fifty/00). Animals are not admitted into the motor caravan (penalty of €150,00). MECHANICAL DAMAGES: Upon customer’s notice of any damage, the customer will directly provide the payment for the reparations. This money will then be refunded on the return of the motor caravan showing the invoice registered in Autocaravan Rent S.r.l.’s name. Damage to the tyres is excluded from the reimbursement. CAR PARK: As courtesy service, the company provides parking for customers’ personal vehicles in its own garaging area. All personal vehicles are left at the customers own risk. FINES: the customer binds himself to pay any fines obtained during the period in which the motor caravan is hired. Autocaravan Rent S.r.1 will not take responsibility for the payment of any fines. |
TARIFE: Einschließlich Versicherung RCA, Diebstahl, Brand und Carta Verde, ohne Kilometerbegrenzung RESERVIERUNG: Es ist eine Voranzahlung von 40% der Mietsumme vorgesehen. Die gesamte Summe muss an dem auf der Reservierungskarte vorgesehenem Datum bezahlt werden, anderenfalls wird die Reservierung annulliert und Voranzahlung eingezogen. KAUTION: Die Kaution von Euro 1.500,00 die bei Abholung des Fahrzeugs hinterlegt werden muss, wird von Autocaravan Rent S.r.l. verwahrt, und –abgesehen von Schäden die von schlechtem Umgang mit dem Wagen stammen– innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Rückgabe des Campers zurückbezahlt. Versicherungen: R.C.A. : Deckt Schäden, die Dritten zugefügt wurden, mit einer einmaligen Auszahlung von maximal Euro 1.550.000. Im Falle eines Unfalls mit Schäden von anderen zahlt der Kunde einen Risikoausschluss von Euro 500. Unfälle, Kollisionen, Überschlagen des Fahrzeugs, Schäden an der alkoven (mansarda), Scheibenbruch, Kratzer und andere äußere sowie innere Schäden fallen zu Lasten des Kunden. Diebstahl und Brand: Versichert den totalen oder teilweisen Verlust des Automobils in Folge von Diebstahl, Überfall oder Brand solange der Besitzer des Autos versucht hat die Tat zu verhindern. FÜhrerschein: Es reicht ein Führerschein der Klasse B oder ein internationaler. Der Führerschein muss mindestens eine Jahr vorher ausgestellt worden sein. Mindestalter des Fahrers: 21 Jahre. Abholung und Zurückgabe des Automobils: Werden in unseren Filialen ausgeführt. Eventuelle Verspätungen müssen prompt telegrafisch gemeldet und mit Autocaravan Rent abgestimmt werden, um nicht die vorgesehen Strafen leisten zu müssen. Tarife zu und von Häfen und Flughäfen: Euro 80.00 Reinignugsgebühr: Im Fall der Zurückgabe des Wohnmobils mit unausgeleerten Auffangbehältern (WC und Abwässer) werden Euro 50 verrechnet. Es sind keinen Tiere im Inneren des Wohnmobils erlaubt (Strafe Euro 150). Mechanische SchÄden: Mittels Hinweis der Filiale wird des Kunde direkt zur Zahlung allfälliger Reparaturkosten hingezogen, die ihm nach Wiedereintritt und Vorweisung der Rechnung von Autocaravan Rent rückerstatten werden. Von der Rückerstattung ausgeschlossen sind Schäden an den Reifen (Reifenpannen, -platzer, etc.). Parkplatz: Die Gesellschaft stellt den Kunden einen Abstellplatz für das Auto auf ihrem eigenen Betriebsgelände zur Verfügung. Haftung wird dafür keine übernommen. Strafen: Der Kunde verpflichtet sich eventuelle Strafen, die während der Mietzeit des Wohnmobils anfallen, zu begleichen und schließt Autocaravan Rent folglich von der Zahlung derselbigen aus. |
